This beautiful doll has a bisque solid-dome socket head, with inset blue spiral-headed eyes, eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, pierced ears, closed mouth with modeled white space between outlined lips. She has a lovely brown mohair replacement wig. Her composition and wooden Sonneberg-type body has straight wrists. Her antique costume is of lovely blue silk and lace with a coordinated hat and antique black slippers, which are frail but good for display.

Commentary: Lovely, expressive face, fine bisque, good body with original finish; wig pull at stringing hole, no hairline or restoration.
